the ulta eyeliner seems like a great product! have u used urban decay's 24/7 before?? people rave about it, but sometimes it creases too on my lids.
anyways...sucks that there's no ulta store here! and it's even more sucked that the sephora in my area doesnt carry illamasqua. JEEZ. it seeems like im living in the middle of nowhere! but i did order a polish n a lipstick from sephora.com when it 1st available online. argh. i cant afford anymore illamsqua! too pricey! what r u planning to get?
